JOB DESCRIPTION


Supervise a Field Service Team for the HBSorganization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve teamperformance. You will lead a team consisting of Fire-/ Evac service engineers and part ofthe back office.

People management skills are very important here.
You will ensure engagement in new opportunitiesfor market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth.

You will liaise withmultiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and exploreadditional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive and improve metricreporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets.

You willlead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You willdefine team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act asmentor to train and develop future managers. This is a position will be based in Rosmalen
• Supervise team activities and performance
• Collect and report performance metrics
• Develop team and team members
• Identify opportunities with other FSL / team forprocess improvement
• Assign and supervise project work
• Budget responsible for contracts and smallprojects (< 150k) for the Netherlands.
• EmbraceStandardization in processes and delivery practices across teams
• Supportiveregarding Business Transformation Initiatives
• Buildup a good relationship with other departmentsin the organization. For example the
Sales-,Project- department, supportive departments in other districts.
• Achieving high customer and employeesatisfaction
In theNetherlands we have besides a large number of small contracts also largecontracts with various hospitals, universities, ministries, pharmacies andairport Schiphol.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Someexperience in the field.
  • Dutch & English language skills
