The ideal candidate should be able to leverage multiple communication channels, develop and implement web strategies and video requirements for stakeholder programs and campaigns, employee engagement events, and ongoing field communications. They will also assist in defining and executing on the operational cadence to ensure relevance and timeliness of content. This candidate will have very high attention to detail and be passionate about curating and managing content and serving it up to the relevant audience. It also requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the individual must have a proven work ethic that drives desired results.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies to effectively engage and align the organization- Manage the creation, distribution and organization of executive-level communications such as town halls, emails, videos, and presentations
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal channels
- Monitor employee sentiment and feedback to continuously improve internal communications

- 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, with a track record of success in both internal and external communications with exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, and great attention to detail and pride in execution of initiatives with experience with communication tools that support readership analysis and metrics
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a track record of working with cross functional teams on capturing concepts and translating these to presentations
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite Inc. Photoshop, Premier Pro with Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Highly effective and efficient in ambiguous situations with ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Ability to take on increased responsibilities as the position advances
- Master's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
