• Lead the supply chain analysis.
• Gather and consolidate forecasting data from pharmaceutical customers.
• Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Maintain and update demand planning data.
• Analyze and improve the current forecasting process.
• Perform root cause analysis on forecast vs. sales deviations.
• Enhance forecast quality through actionable improvements.
• Monitor demand trends and fluctuations.
• Prepare and maintain KPIs and operational reports.
• Report demand planning performance metrics.
• Support Demand Planning Review and S&OP meetings.
• Collaborate on supply chain analysis and reporting tasks.
• Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) preparation.
• Manage and contribute to supply performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare accurate analyses for customer Business Review meetings and S&OP meetings.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or similar role (e.g.: Demand Planning)
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas (VLOOKUP)...)
• Excellent skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with moderate guidance.
• Positive, disciplined, and proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain processes is an advantage.
