Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a global supply manager.
- 4 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function, or a related advanced degree.
- Experience with finance and analytics, cost modeling, and negotiating agreements.
- Experience with new product introduction and managing capital equipment vendors for automation and testers.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Experience in consumer product hardware development.
- Experience in Design For Manufacturing (DFM) .
- Experience with establishing impactful partnerships.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with the Legal team to complete agreements.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently and experience with international business customs.
