Core Responsibilities:

• Develop andmaintainreporting systems to track key performance and metrics relevant to US Personal Bank organization’s goals andobjective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensureaccurateandtimelydelivery of the reports and dashboard.

• Rationalize, Enhance,Transform,and automate reports as required by business teams. Performadhoc

• Interpret data toidentifytrends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

• Translate data into customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders.

• Individually collaborate & manage end-to-end project communication with onsite business partners and team in India.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through following standard control procedure and adhere to Citi’s Risk and Control guidelines.

Experience and Expertise Required:

• 6+ years of experience inBigDatasystems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python) and cloud-based data management technologies.

• in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBIor similar software.

• of digital channels,marketing

• in using Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics to track and report website traffic, funnel performance and journey analytics.

• Proven experience as an analyst, with a strong background in reporting and data analysis.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to createpresentation, present reports, findings, and recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to manage projects and mentor team.

• Contribute to organizational initiatives in areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities, etc.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science,or related field
