•Supports the selling processes (partlist generation, deal tracking, actuals book keeping)
•Support Pipeline execution (from PO to shipping)
•Manage operational processes such as inventory validation, maintain ExcessInventory file, working with ISC to establish weekly shipment plan, workingwith C&PS to manage order booking, holds/blocks clearing, update FGItracker file (daily, weekly, quarterly)
•Work with finance to maintain bookingand shipping actuals for both Strategic Deals and Tactical Sales
•Work with IT to create end userdashboards to accelerate selling process
•Create reports to monitor KPIs

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Finance, accountant, engineering, marketing, businessadministration, customer facing role, or similar.
• Knowledge of Lean Processes or SixSigma
• Advanced English
• Advanced Excel
• SAP experience

• Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales Force, SAP, etc.).
• Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation
• Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities
• Improving performance, meeting commitments, and getting result
• Exceeding internal and external customer expectation
• PMI Certification
• Masters degree and Project Management certification (PMP) preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Significant experience in project management
