In this role you will be responsible for managing our Data, Analytics and Sales Force Effectiveness areas, developing strategies to boost our commercial success, and providing insightful analytics to the business stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders, talented and dedicated colleagues while developing and expanding your career.This role reports to the Leadership Team member - Digital, Data & Analytics Lead - and is responsible for leading a Team of specialists, who own service-provision responsibilities in the following areas: Data & Analytics and Sales Force Effectiveness.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and Develop: Oversee a high-performing team of 4 professionals specializing in Data Analytics (D&A) and Veeva CRM System, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional development.
- Strategic Development and Implementation: Design and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy tailored for the local market, aligning closely with organizational goals to enhance data-driven decision-making across all commercial functions. Ensure this strategy is agile and responsive to evolving market conditions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with Regional and Global Data and IT Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and teams to architect and optimize robust data infrastructure and flow processes. Guarantee seamless data movement and integration across various platforms while safeguarding data integrity and accessibility for local stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate monthly cross-functional stakeholder meetings to present data insights and analytics findings, while assessing and reporting on the performance of commercial and customer engagement strategies. Drive alignment and strategic buy-in at all organizational levels.
- BI Development and Innovation: Spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of Business Intelligence (BI) analytical and data visualization solutions for all sales and marketing endeavors within the Polish subsidiary, leveraging advanced analytics to drive actionable insights.
- Data Governance Leadership: Direct the establishment and enforcement of robust data governance frameworks and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in data management.
- Organizational Training and Communication: Design, implement, and facilitate comprehensive training programs to elevate organizational knowledge on data analytics processes and tools, driving usage and adoption across departments.
- Capability Evaluation and Optimization: Assess, deploy, and enhance data and analytics capabilities that empower commercial teams with actionable insights and resources necessary for effective customer engagement, fostering a data-driven culture.
- Performance Tracking and KPIs: Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams, enabling precise measurement of promotional efforts and effectiveness.
- Promotional Strategy Alignment: Extract and leverage customer data insights to inform and refine promotional strategies, ensuring alignment with customer feedback loops and enhancing overall customer engagement.
- Sales Targets and Incentive Design: Partner with Franchise and Sales Managers to collaboratively define individual sales targets and bonus criteria, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Field Force Effectiveness Program implementation: Collaborate with regional DD&A and IT functions to develop and localize capabilities that effectively track and analyze field force performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.

We encourage you to apply, especially if you have:
- Master’s degreeor international equivalent degree that provided training in quantitative methods: e.g. in economics, data analytics, physics, sociology, STEM degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 8 + extensive commercial experience in a pharmaceutical company or similar industry in the following areas: marketing, data analytics, sales or market research.
- Experience as a team leader, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, retail, or medical industry, preferably with strong track record in sales force effectiveness projects.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, analytical reporting visualization and insights generation;strong knowledge of BI tools (Power BI is preferred, but Qlik will also be seen as an advantage).
- Experienced in programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL)
- Proficiency in the use of CRM systems and the set-up of reporting tools (Business Intelligence Systems).
- Strong track record in sales force effectiveness projects. Experience in primary market research is an advantage.
- Polish native, proficiency at a business level of English required.
