Your key responsibilities

As the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Complete detailed monthly reporting requirements, highlights risks & opportunities and propose recommendations/action plans

Responsible for system and reporting improvements besides driving efficiency in the finance department

To formulate and prepare documentation for SOP/Policy

Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to be hands-on and comfortable working in a partnership setting

Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others

Good written and verbal communication skills

Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical and able to work under pressure

Proficiency in MS office applications

Competent with the IFRS/MFRS accounting standards and strong finance operations management experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance related experience (3 to 5 years in a professional accounting firm preferred)

Ideally, you’ll also have

Experience in management accounting

Professional services industry experience

Experience in e-invoicing

Experience in project integration – SAP
