Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on a range of topics such as performance management, reorganizations, talent management, change, etc.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Experience in Dutch labor law and HR practices.
Ability to communicate in English and Dutch fluently in order to manage client relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, and coaching and mentoring others.
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large-scale people related roles.
Experience working with an AI system or AI supported tools.
Understanding of HR processes, with the ability to translate processes and HR expertise into strategic business solutions, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Excellent communication, consultation, teamwork, and organizational skills.
