Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java,Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with service-oriented, data-centric, event-driven, and high-performance distributed system architectures
• Working experience on architecting or building solutions for complex systems.
• Ability to work independently, work smart, manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently in a fast-paced environment, and deliver all this at high quality.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer ScienceOR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java,Python
  • ORMaster's Degree in Computer Scienceor related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Experience with cloud architectures, hybrid cloud-metal architectures, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or similar could technologies
• Experience of working in a global environment is a plus
• Solid communicationskills and English skills, including ability to write concise andaccuratetechnical documentation, communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences both in Chinese and English.

• Build integrated solutions to protect M365 system from disruptive outage/crisis.
• Work hands-on with the team and team clients through design and implementation, setting examples for good engineering practices, fundamentals, and coding along the way.
• Continuously improve our ability to deliver quality solutions through evolving our engineering process and technical capabilities.
• Help drive the technical direction of the product and mentor other team members.
• Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guides other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call tomonitorsystem/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems whenappropriate.
• Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts tonew trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
