Key Responsibilities

As the Sales Manager in Netherlands, you will be given with the responsibility of driving the entire Enterprise Sales team to success, while supervising and coaching the team-members to become the best in their field. On the same time, you will be given with challenging task of making sure your team attracts new customers and increases market penetration, while maintaining excellent relationship with our business partners and with our internal Channel and Presales teams. If leadership and sales runs through your blood, then your place is with us!

  • Responsible for achieving & exceeding sales target for the Enterprise team
  • Increase market penetration
  • Build strong engagement and relationship with clients, sales and presales team
  • Strong focus on new customer acquisition
  • Manage pipeline generation and accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh
  • Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out
  • Develop and coach all sales staff under his supervision
  • Drive Cloud and Mobile Security solution sales across the territory
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales position in IT industry
  • Proven leadership in sales and account acquisition
  • Business acumen and process driven
  • Broad understanding of Security market – competitors, solutions
  • Result oriented and action driven
  • Good skills of talent management, coaching and supervising
