As an Operations - Back Office Analyst within the Colombia Operations team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be responsible for controlling the trade capture of local Securities bonds, FX and Money Markets. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of trade capture, assist in liquidity management, generate regulatory reports, reconciliation, support internal audits, and participate in operations projects in an organized and diligent manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Control the trade Capture of local Securities, FX, Money Markets and trade processing.
• Perform and ensure submission of Transactional Regulatory Reporting requirements set by the local superintendence and other local regulators.
• Assist in the Liquidity management and other cash flow reports.
• Provide support to the front office, and local areas in trade capture, reconciliation and lifecycle management in an organized and diligent manner
• Resolve client issues.
• Monitor Back Office systems daily, processing and solving issues.
• Participate in Operations projects either related to processes enhancements, new products and Colombian market's implementations.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• At least 2 years of work experience in tasks such as: Settlement through clearing: ACH – CUD – DCV – CENIT - PSE – DECEVAL.
• Work experience in local financial Industry is desirable.
• Advanced English skills
• Strong PC skills ( Excel, Alteryx)
