We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Manager to join us! You’ll report to our HR Chief of Staff and work closely with a subset of our HR team, collaborating with other business managers to:

  1. Keep our HR Rhythm of the Business (ROB) running smoothly
  2. Drive progress on our People Priorities
  3. Boost team health and community

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management) AND 5+ years’ experience in financial management, project management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years program management experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Power-user of Teams and PowerPoint and familiarity with Power BI (Business Insights), AI tools a plus.
  • Experience with large scale change management and Coaching

  1. Lead planning and execution rhythms that align with corporate and organizational goals.
  2. Architect and drive the Rhythm of Business (ROB), enabling senior leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  3. Develop and track KPIs to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance and privacy standards are upheld across all business operations.

Leadership Enablement & Trusted Advisory

  1. Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, offering clear, candid guidance that drives alignment and accelerates decision-making across teams.
  2. Build deep, trust-based relationships with leaders by listening actively, coaching with empathy, and delivering insights that reflect both business priorities and people dynamics.
  3. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, bringing clarity to complex situations, surfacing diverse perspectives, and translating them into actionable strategies.
  4. Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and collaboration by modeling coaching behaviors and fostering leadership effectiveness at every level.

Culture & Organizational Health

  1. Monitor team health and lead initiatives that strengthen culture, inclusion, and leadership effectiveness.
  2. Partner with HR to support hiring, onboarding, and manager excellence.
  3. Maintain a compliance scorecard and identify opportunities for team development.

HR Community & Collaboration

  1. Foster a connected HR community by ensuring timely access to information and resources.
  2. Partner across HR functions to deliver seamless, high-quality services.
  3. Support HR governance and budget management, promoting a One Microsoft approach.

Programs & Special Projects

  1. Lead cross-functional projects that address evolving business needs.
  2. Manage strategic initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment and impact.
  3. Serve as a key point of contact for performance management and corporate governance.
