Job Responsibility:
The purpose of this role is to manage the Integration Projects through a structured methodology to Implement Integration of Client HRMS systems with DIGIPAY CLOUD solution.
These projects are typically multiple short stints and provide a very dynamic work environment.
Key Requirements of the Role:
- Three years minimum experience in implementing or serving Payroll/HR related projects.
- Knowledge of Integration of Various HRMS systems:
- For Requirement gathering and Payroll gap analysis
- Preparation of Data Dictionaries
- Discussion on Field mappings and Pay Element mappings
- Proven experience in Project management and project coordination:
- Ability to plan and accountability to deliver
- Capacity to face tense client-facing situation
- Be proactive with a problem-solving spirit
- Perfect communication skills in Client facing context and multinational context: leverage diplomatic perception and communication in a very diverse multinational environment,
- Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties,
- International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment,
- Efficient in at least English: Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
- Payroll (and HR) related knowledge is an advantage as the discussions involve interaction with Client HR and Payroll Managers and Senior personnel.
The role involves key Interactions with:
- Tech Configuration team for day-to-day project deliverables
- Delivery Managers for reporting project progress
- Day to day interaction with Product team to resolve any technical issues that hinder project progress.
- Implementation Team for coordinating with Payroll implementation of the client
- Country Payroll Managers to gather EY PY requirements and payroll operations
- Local Client in-country stake holders (day-to-day)
- Other EY Teams GEET team for user management & access Issues .
