Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing a team of engineering or security operations professionals for an organization.
- Experience with threat modeling.
- Experience with Cloud APIs, Kubernetes, Cloud Security.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with application security work in GCP, or other similar Cloud solutions.
- Experience leading security engineers and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Ability to break down a complex problem space and effectively prioritize security work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing small-medium sized teams, motivating others by creating a shared sense of vision and purpose.
