What you'll do

Support Strategic Customer Innovation Managers in their daily tasks:

• Perfect skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams
• Fluent in English and German
• Support Program Management in daily activities
• Draft customer communications incl. meeting minutes
• Support customer meetings by preparing Mural boards and polls
• Participate in customer meetings, help facilitate customer workshops
• Create PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings
• Maintain SAP-internal SharePoint Sites
• Drive selected topics on your own (based on your experience)
• Work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines
• Support with all ad-hoc tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Management, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills in German & English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Microsoft SharePoint)
• Experience as a working student, (Ex-)SAP working student is a plus
