What you’ll be doing:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable database structures and schemas

  • Craft various APIs to talk to each database

  • Conduct regular design performance audits and profiling

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies

  • Tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for optimal performance

  • Develop and implement database indexing strategies

  • Collaborate withAutomation/Validation

  • Conduct analysis on scalability and planning for growth

  • Root-cause and resolve database-related problems, implementing effective solutions

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and industry standards

What we need to see:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field

  • 4+ years of Database Administrator experience

  • 3+ years of Full-Stack development with FastAPI/RESTAPI/JavaScript/Python

  • Strong proficiency in major RDBMS platforms (e.g., PostgreSQL)

  • Detailed comprehension of SQL and database design principles

  • Experience with database backup, recovery, and security procedures

  • Familiarity with operating systems and server hardware

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team who is a motivated self-starter with strong analytical and debug skills

  • Rich cross-functional working experience

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience with cloud-based database platforms (e.g., AWS)

  • Familiar with docker/Kubernetes technology

  • Familiar with AI models and Experience with AI development

  • Strong understanding of algorithms, computer and Microservice architecture and silicon validation
