Description
Evaluate risks to the execution plan and proactively work with internal to implement contingencies & mitigate risk to achieving execution goal.Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) , Quarter End and other peak event execution plans with a keen eye on simplification while at the same time balancing customer requirements and operational efficiency.Dedicatedly identifies process inefficiencies and drives for a smoother order fulfillment process and participate in innovation programs (related to process/tools) and IS&T related capital projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Highly proficient in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
- A strong team collaborator and communicator.
Preferred Qualifications
- The candidate must combine a working knowledge of world- class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities and business savvy.
- Meticulous attention to detail & ability to achieve precise system execution of supply chain strategies.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment.
- Hands on experience for SAP is a plus.
