- You will provide a qualified andinclusiveEarlyin career candidate pool
- Responsible for sourcing & attracting candidates, evaluating, full spectrum interview process, offer management and closing them.
- Lead and track candidate pipelines through our ATSto ensure a fully compliant and secure process
- You will ensurehiringmanager and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and expertly.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
- Lead kick-off meetings and debriefs with hiring teams.
- Establish and run a schedule of regular updates back to the hiring manager
- Conduct retrospectives with your business units and team
- Engage with any ETR related projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience (2+ years) inend to endrecruitment experience ideally in a tech industry, within Early in Career (University) recruitment, sourcing, inclusivehiringand campus event management.
- Experienced in managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing candidates through various methods (i.e.Creative Connections, Referrals, & Professional networks).
- Proficiencyin English andHebrew
