Job Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and execution of scalable learning strategies to address business needs and the related knowledge, skill, and ability requirements for employees
• Implement an analytical approach to understanding learning needs, articulating desired learning objectives and outcomes, and selecting appropriate instructional modalities and learning content that is rooted in a business units’ priorities and operations
• Manage a portfolio of solutions that addresses targeted learning and development needs through various platforms (e.g., Instructor-Led programs, self-directed courses, experiential learning, etc.) and based on associate and business needs assessment
• Manage the partnership with NetApp stakeholders to ensure alignment and scalability for learning offerings
• Ensure ongoing program impact measurement and evolution through feedback and business outcomes
• Lead, coach, and develop the Learning & Leadership team, providing day-to-day performance management of team members and ensuring effective team performance
• Lead initiatives from inception through execution, including scoping and requirements gathering, testing, pilots, and after-action reviews.
• Continually assess existing curricula for improvement opportunities based on best practices, qualitative stakeholder feedback, and impact metrics
• Oversee development of tools and materials such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, computer-based software, and knowledge validation tests. Ensures most effective method is utilized.
• Oversee implementation plans that result in high-quality participant experiences, ongoing program sustainability and cost-effective use of resources

Qualifications

• Experience in developing learning strategies and program from the ground up based on organizational and business priorities
• A technology proponent; learning technology savvy
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to define scope and deliver results in a changing & growing business environment
• Ability to work and think globally; skilled in creating programs applicable to multi-cultural audiences
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to present and influence at all levels and build and develop strong trusting relationships.
• Ability to distill complex ideas into simple concepts

• Experience leading a team of learning professionals
• Outstanding problem solving and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
