WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Product Launch Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans to support the introduction of new products and pricing structures, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve successful launches and maximize market impact.
- Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of pricing guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively promote and sell products.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze product performance and pricing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required.
- Experience with SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with product marketing, operations and GTM teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
- Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in product management and product analytics is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
