WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Product Launch Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans to support the introduction of new products and pricing structures, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This includes aligning with company goals, coordinating timelines, and managing resources to achieve successful launches and maximize market impact.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the development and distribution of pricing guidelines, sales tools, and training materials to enable sales teams to effectively promote and sell products.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze product performance and pricing effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, GTM Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies and support organizational success.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with product marketing, operations and GTM teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
  • Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in product management and product analytics is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
