Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 20 years of experience in software development with significant focus on performance optimization and AI-driven analysis
6+ years experience with virtualization technologies (libvirt, QEMU, KVM) and validated ability to integrate AI/ML insights into performance tuning workflows
10+ years experience optimizing database performance (MySQL, Oracle) and integrating ML models for predictive caching and indexing
Preferred Qualifications:
Validated experience in building scalable, high-performance systems.
In-depth knowledge of virtualization technologies and performance analysis.
Expertise in AI/ML-driven optimization and predictive analytics.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring diverse technical teams in both virtualization and AI/ML domains.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex AI-driven strategies to team members.
Familiarity with OS-level tuning, AI-assisted server provisioning, and HPC acceleration.
Experience with build system tools (GNU Make, ccache, GCC, Clang) and ML-driven code optimization techniques
