Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, sustainability, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, particularly in the context of supply chain management.

• Strong understanding of Cabon FreeElectricity/Renewable/cleanenergyresources andprocurement processes.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze sustainability data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, or similar is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience working in a global supply chain environment.

• Knowledge of renewable energy procurement and energy efficiency programs.

• Certification in sustainability or supply chain management (e.g., LEED, APICS, or similar).

• Experience in electronic devices manufacturing

• Engage and track sustainability performance for theprioritized suppliers.

• Launch and manage the annual Supplier Survey Campaign to gather and analyze sustainability data.

• Develop and update Program Dashboards tomonitorand report on sustainability metrics.

• Develop, implement, and leadsustainabilityprogramswith the supply base

• Lead the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)Supply Chainprogram forMicrosoft Devices suppliers,ensuringaccurateandtimelysubmission of datato CDP
