Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
- Analyze and optimize CRM systems to enhance customer experience
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve customer engagement
- Provide actionable insights through detailed reports and dashboards
Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides. - Conduct business process reviews to identify areas for improvement
To qualify for the role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Analyst roles
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and platforms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
