In this role, you will:
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
- Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
- Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Should have at least 4+ years of strong hands-on experience working on UI Path development
You will be instrumental in expanding our automation strategy beyond traditional RPA, integrating AI-powered automation to solve complex business challenges that existing products cannot address directly.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath, with a focus on enterprise-grade automation.
- Leverage UiPath’s Agentic AI capabilities to build intelligent, context-aware automation workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, especially in HR operations with workday application and other high-impact areas.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven automation options, including NLP, ML models, and decision intelligence.
- Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and contribute to automation architecture and best practices.
- Ensure robust documentation, testing, and governance of automation solutions.
- Stay current with UiPath’s evolving AI features and industry trends in intelligent automation.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development, including Orchestrator, Studio, and Insights.
- Proven experience with AI integration in automation workflows, especially using UiPath’s AI Center,UiPath Test Suite,Document Understanding, and Agentic AI tools.
- Strong understanding of automation strategy, process mining, and business process optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps practices for automation delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, .NET, or other scripting languages used in automation.
- Exposure to HR systems and processes is highly desirable.
