Your key responsibilities• International employee assignment management for both inbound and outbound populations, along with litigation management services
• Advisory services in connection with Employee incentives (including equity incentive/share plan)
• Designing the Cost-effective, tax-compliant and easy-to-administer compensation structure both from the Income-tax Act and under the New labor codes
• Advisory services under the New Labor Codes, Provide compliance services
• Advisory services in connection with FEMA regulations Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have
