1st shift (United States of America)*Position will work on site at a location listed in the job posting.*Supports the Closing Function and maintains responsibility for the loan closing process from term sheet through funding with internal deal team, the client, and third parties. Accountable for ensuring that deal is in compliance with the Company credit policies, procedures, approvals, and regulatory requirements. Focus is on transactions of high size, risk, complexity and/or industry specialization (focusing on a mix of secured and unsecured transactions, and limited industry specialization) as well as agented transactions including Left Lead deals and Loan Sales Trading Transactions.
