You will play a critical role in ensuring our product launches, pricing strategies, and Customer Onboarding-to-Revenue processes are driven with precision, aligning with business objectives. Additionally, you will demonstrate your knowledge of integration systems to understand the end-to-end flow of data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance processes and system interactions.

Your ability to understand complex technical processes, anticipate partner needs, and provide clear and thorough communication will be critical to your success in this role.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce and NetSuite ERP, with in-depth knowledge of features, functionalities, and standard processes.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, Order OPS, and finance teams to optimize End-to-end cloud deal configurations, maintain system health, and plan enhancements.
• Design and support complex workflows, approval processes, pricing models, product configurations, and integration points within the Customer-to-Revenue lifecycle.
• Work with integration teams that handle integration systems such as Talend and MuleSoft to design and implement seamless data flows between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other internal/external systems.
• Collaborate with team members to understand business needs, define problems, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development and configuration.
• Balance short-term needs with long-term scalability in crafting thoughtful technology roadmaps.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configuration changes, data mapping requirements, functional designs, test cases, and enablement plans.
• Develop and complete test plans, including unit, functional, and user acceptance testing, to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective measures to maintain system integrity.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business, ensuring clear and timely communication of project status, challenges, and outcomes.
• Proactively find opportunities for system and process improvements, communicating data-driven recommendations to team members.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of all business system processes to understand and address functional impacts of configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Bring a design-centered approach to optimizing business processes, ensuring low-friction automation and high-impact systems enhancements.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP .
• Demonstrable experience in system integrations using Talend , MuleSoft , or similar tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including Product Setup, Pricing, Discounting, Product Rules, Approval Workflow, and Quote Templates.
• Solid understanding of NetSuite ERP functionality and its integration points with external systems.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining integration flows, with expertise in APIs and middleware solutions.
• Familiarity with Customer-to-Revenue and Order Management processes.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools is a plus.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with pricing models that involve multiple drivers and variables.
• Passion for automation and a proven focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to design and complete comprehensive documentation, including process diagrams and technical standards
