- 5 years of experience with full-stack development.
- Experience with architecting and leading the development of large-scale full-stack systems.
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving systemic issues in production environments, and managing technical debt.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in working within the YouTube or Google Commerce technology stack.
- Experience in building and launching large-scale Business-to-Consumer (B2C) or e-commerce products.
- Experience in C++ or modern web frameworks like Polymer/Lit (TypeScript).
- Experience with shipping features on mobile platforms (e.g., iOS or Android).
- Excellent coding, communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide junior engineers, drive technical consensus, and articulate technical concepts to executive leadership along with setting standards for code quality, testing, and performance across a team.
