You will overseethe autonomy R&D project activities working on Navigation , Surveillance , and . You are expected to contribute tosystem architecture definitions, trade-off analyses, system modelling andsimulations, and performance assessment.

• System architecture definition for complex aircraft systems supporting autonomous flight. Requirement management.
• Close collaboration with subject matter experts on architecture definition, systems, and component engineering, providing system level guidance, defining the trade-off studies and participation on system modelling and analyses.
• Definition and planning of system development, leading design reviews.
• Customer interaction and project engineering activities in close collaboration with project manager.
• Performing functional hazard assessment, system safety assessment, common cause analyses.
• Supervising preparation of Validation and Verification plans.
• Participation on preparation of system test procedures and acceptance test procedures.
• Preparing tasks for colleagues and integrate their results into your system development.

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in relevant engineering domain
• 5+ years of multidisciplinary or complex system engineering experience.
• Good command of English language
• Due to Export Controls restrictions EU nationality required

• Demonstrated experience with a relevant technology – Navigation (GNSS, Inertial), Radars, Datalinks, Flight Management Systems, Aircraft Surveillance/Detect & Avoid
• Aerospace experience
