- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in systems design or coding in a general purpose programming language (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, etc.) and working with web and cloud technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP).
- 2 years of experience in delivering technical projects.
- Experience partnering/working with cross-functional teams translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience working with ad tech products - ad server, DSPs, DMPs, and web analytics.
- Effective project management, people and leadership skills, including analytical capabilities and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
