Reporting to the, therole involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Handle product transfer and new product set up.
• Monitoring the daily production plan.
• Managing and developing staff.
• Responsible for end-to-end processes.
• Bottleneck analysis.
• Hour-by-hour compliance.
• Work order completion.
• Optimally manage company-provided resources (tools and mechanical assembly machinery, materials, and personnel) to ensure the production plan is met with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Experience in Metal-Mechanical (desirable)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Basic English required.
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree.
• Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience as a Production Supervisor in the metalworking industry (desirable)
• Experience managing staff
• Willingness to rotate shifts
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly machines and tools
• Knowledge of production control systems (series, flows, traceability)
• Knowledge 5’s and ERP (Baan and Flex Flow) desirable
