Key Responsibilities

We are looking for strong and motivated candidates with a keen interest in technology. Experience working within technology, tax and/or finance functions is not a necessity but would be preferred. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Client Engagement:Actively engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing innovative solutions that leverage Generative AI and other technology solutions to drive efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners, to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Training and Development:Support the development and delivery of training sessions for team members and clients on the use of AI technologies in tax functions (for example, Microsoft Copilot training).
• Project Management:

• Technological Curiosity & Adaptability- A keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI, and a willingness to continuously learn and apply technology solutions in a tax context.

• Client-Centric Problem Solving- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to assess client challenges and develop tailored technology-driven solutions.

• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
• Project & Stakeholder Management- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing- Ability to translate technical tax and technology information into user-friendly language for presentations and training materials.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• 4+ years of experience working within either Technology, Project Management, Tax Technology, Tax compliance, or a related advisory role (either in-house or professional services).
