Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into digital and traditional media.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
Ability to take initiative, manage ambiguity, and grow in a team environment with excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.
