As a Senior Project Manager in Jacobs, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of architectural projects. Your responsibilities encompass overseeing the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final completion, drawing upon your extensive design experience. This involves upholding our unwavering commitment to safety, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, adhering to ethical standards, ensuring project excellence in terms of quality, budget, and timelines, promoting innovative design thinking, nurturing strong client relationships, proactively managing project risks, optimizing financial resources, and championing sustainability principles. Through your leadership and dedication, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape while upholding Jacobs' values at every step of the journey.
As a successful candidate you will have a BS or MS degree in Architecture or Engineering, from a recognized university, with hands on experience on Mega projects. You will ideally have experience from the Middle East, in the capacity of a Senior Project Manager. It is important that you can demonstrate a strong knowledge of recognized design management control principles, with the ability to motivate others and work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent client management skills and have the capacity to work with and lead diverse teams when under pressure whilst always being commercially savvy, in what is considered a rapidly changing sector. An internationally recognized professional registrations would be a plus.
