What you’ll achieve
In this role you will get all that’s needed to become a successful sales person. You will be able to lead your set of named customers through a thoughtful digital transformation process of their businesses thanks to an end-to-end portfolio of products and solutions offered by our brand as well as good cooperation with our internal, technical and product teams.
You will:
Closely monitor and manage given territory or accounts by full, direct, indirect (via partners) or remote engagement with customers, while keeping a healthy, solid and regular track of actions in CRM like Sales Force,
Cooperate with your dedicated internal and technical sales team while analyzing, forecasting and delivering solutions and projects,
Actively advocate for Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, client, security, including VMWare, and managed services,
Establish credibility with senior-level executives and serve as a trusted consultant driving customer’s success and ensuring high client satisfaction,
Take full leadership for all the account related actions.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ yearsof professional sales experience dealing with modern IT technologies, ideally in a dynamic, corporate environment where you have utilized your fluency in Polish and English and sold to Financial / Banking sector,
Have a good time management principle and an ability to adjust to working style of your customers,
Have a target-driven personality; be able to act swiftly and in a flexible manner when realizing final project conclusions, but at the same time strictly follow company’s chain of command,
Ability to influence executive stakeholders via effective questioning and objection handling,
Passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Desirable Requirements
Have hobbies as well as passion in modern technologies, and thus be able to engage another person in an interesting conversation,
Presentation skills including public speaking, meeting facilitation and white boarding.
