KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Drive territory growth and profitability through strategic planning and innovative sales tactics

  • Provide tailored product assortments and support materials to key accounts

  • Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to execute events and product activations

  • Resolve account issues and maintain strong communication across internal and external teams

  • Deliver insights and feedback to product teams to support inventory planning and sell through

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sell appropriate product assortments

  • Strong merchandising and planning skills with forecasting experience

  • Proficiency in applying financial data to influence decisions

  • Effective communication and presentation skills across all business levels

  • Technical proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Minimum three years of sales or marketing experience

  • Athletic industry experience preferred
