In this role, you will…
- ead onthe Sales Training Transformation Plantodevelop sales competencies in Selling Skills, Product, Competition & Market, Process &Systemsfor new hires (>6 months)reducing the speed toproficiencyforcommercial sales
- Own theSales TrainingTransformation training planforNew Hires to ensurerequired standards are metand New Hiresandare effectively onboarded in their first six months
- continuitytraining according to the Sales Training Transformation Plan and conduct relevant knowledge and skill assessmentsto ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Conduct infield coaching with SalesRepresentativesin the first six months to assess sales capability basedon theTransformation Plan andinfieldcoaching form.
- Provide a safe learning environment for all learners and particular for existing Sales Representatives (>6 months) returning to Transformation Plan Training to upskill/re-train.
- Train theincumbent sales teamre-visitingtraining to close knowledge or skills gap.
- Sales Training Transformation Plantraining calendarfor new hiresandincumbent salesteamand communicate asrequired
- Provide sales trainingaccording to the globally defined Sales Competencies
- Train according to the defined Sales Process within the Selling Skills Framework
- MarketingandSalesto deliver and regionalise content fromEMEA based on current business needs and priorities
- Apply Continuous Improvement principles,toolsand techniques to training practices
- Maintain knowledgeof product,process and systemsand call uponsubject matterexperts to support withtrainingand/ortofill knowledge gaps
- Area Sales Managers with infield coachingfor incumbentsales teamwhen the ASM hasidentifieda skill or knowledge gap (via established co-travels)
- with theManagement Teamtoprioritisethe Sales Training strategyto deliver onstrategicpriorities
- and measure theeffectiveness of Sales Trainingto track knowledge and skill levels of new hiresand mandatory Sales Training for incumbentsellers
- with theEMEAContent Team to producecourse materials and othersupportdocuments to ensure the delivery ofhigh-quality
- eview course evaluation feedback, and course outcomes;andidentifyareas for improvement
- Conduct Training Needs Analysisto assess,monitorand adapt training accordingly.
- Champion a culture of adult learning that can be trackedmeasuredand reported.
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor's degreerequired, preferably in thesales/marketingor training
- +years of experience, including
- years’ experiencewithin a sales function
- 5 years’ experiencewith a training
- Exceland PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders within the wider business.
- Excellent organization and planning skills.
- Self-starting, hands-on mentality with a pro-active mindset, able to work independently while consulting and involving relevant stakeholders
- Ability to travelacross Middle Eastandto EMEA HQ and other marketswhenrequired
- Experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales training preferred
- Fluency inlocalmarket languageand English
