As a Tactical Buyer you will play an essential role to re-valuate, re-negotiate or extend contracts and suppliers to achieve optimum benefits.
Provide multi-category support assigned by the sourcing lead, coming from main stakeholders.Analyze changing client/market conditions.Support client specific category strategies.
Promote process efficiencies through focus on automated channels.
Track and report supplier performance, resolve supplier issues.
Stakeholder relationship managementOptimize supply base opportunities across managed commodities.
Support periodic key stakeholder meetings with client to review commodity strategy and activities.
Interact with parallel organizations in other geos to assure consistent global approach.
Educate and advise clients and suppliers on strategies.
