Key Outline
The key outline of thisFrankfurt-based Vice Presidentrole is to help nurture the growth of relationships within the Digital, Technology and Communications space that arerealization. Through those activitiesyou’ll achieve an annual growth rate in revenue for theyour clients’sales performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Acquire new,multi-product, Digital, Technology and Communications customers for the Bank.Alsoclient level planning, budget and revenueresponsibilities;
- Managing relationships and providing service for Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) Digital, Technology and Communications customers in Germany;
- Proper account planning is expected, the RMhastodetermineandplan the future relationship, business opportunities, products to sell,etc.;
- Work closely with Western European Digital, Technology and Communications teams,EMEA implementation team, CCB Cash SalesTransactors, Markets experts andjunior staffon a dailybasis;
- Monitoring and supporting the products’ implementationprocess;
- Managing customers and transactionsinthe CRM/Salesforceplatform;
- Close cooperation with Banking,CapitalMarkets andAdvisoryteams to address opportunities within the Digital, Technology and Communications space;
- Frequent interaction with otherCCB structures across theglobe;
- Verifying adherence to global Know Your Customer(KYC) standards during theonboarding and periodic reviewprocesses;
- Maintaining overall control and accountability for the managed cross-bordertransactionsreferrals;
- Participate in the German and Austrian ecosystem that supports Digital, Technology and Communications companies,market events and drive thought leadership /partnership;
- Participate in structuring new product solutions specific to Digital, Technology and Communications clients and the industry segment.
- Excellent knowledge ofthedigital/technology market, customers,ecosystem,competition, localregulations;
- Good knowledge of corporate finance, FX, cash management and trade products areneeded;
- Thorough understanding of banking products fordigital/technologycustomers;
- Experience in Commercial or Corporate Relationship Banking with internationalcustomers;
- Ability to assess credit risk ofdigital/technologycompanies;
- Experience of theimplementation / onboardingprocess;
- Team player with the ability tocollaborate withthelocal, regional and global teams, as well as requesting support from the appropriateteam members asrequired;
- Exploring issues and generating solutions. Analysis and use of a diverse range of environmental and business information to identify business priorities andmakingdecisions to deliver businessbenefits;
- Ability to engage appropriately at all levels in the organization and build relationships with a variety of business and externalsources;
- English –Fluent;
