How will you make an impact?

  • Play lead role in designing and developing infrastructure automation solutions that are cloud agnostic and will work in both AWS and Azure.
  • Provide guidance for optimal setup from networking, compute, storage, security, business continuity, budgeting, and governance standpoints.
  • Ability to work in a highly distributed team.
  • Work with R&D teams to help them adapt their deployment solutions for cloud readiness.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 10+ years of programming experience in both backend and front-end development of solutions hosted in AWS/Azure.
  • Extensive experience working with operational teams and processes, such as change control, incident management, etc.
  • Extensive experience working with relational and NoSql database technologies.
  • Education Level: BA/BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
  • Expert understanding of key Azure/AWS components and concepts for both IAAS and PAAS including networking, compute, storage, security, managed services and well-architected frameworks.
  • Experience building and managing microservices based solutions.
  • Experience in writing Powershell libraries highly desired.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containers a plus
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed team.
  • Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives.
  • Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems.
  • Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, peers, and others in and outside the organization to accomplish goals, objectives and to identify and resolve problems.
