In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.



Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
  • Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
  • Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Should have 4-5 Implementation experience in HCM Payroll & Strong functional and technical expertise in HCM payroll modules (Preferably in Singapore / Australia) including payroll processing, Tax management, Time and Labor, and absence management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detailed specifications for the development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production.
  • Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes & working experience on HCM Forms.
  • Functional exposure with HCM, HRMS, Payroll software solutions and should be strong in SAP HCM Payroll control centre. Generate payroll reports and provide analysis on payroll data as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings & Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to interact with customers, with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Integration points between HCM Payroll and other modules, such as core HR and Benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex payroll processes and translate them into system configurations & Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
