Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
- Works with key stakeholders to understand and translate project management workflows into user stories for technology partners
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, product documentation, procedures, and sprint release notes.
- Provide user acceptance testing and production validation support.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, bi-weekly sprint planning and retrospectives
- Articulate the product vision and socialize key features/functionalities to key stakeholders
- Ensure support issues are resolved on a timely basis.
- Maintain training resources and troubleshooting guides
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong experience in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Knowledge of project/task management systems, JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience enhancing business processes through the integration of collaboration tools to improve marketing productivity and efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- A customer service mind-set and a strong drive to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Effective communicator with across executive, marketing and technology constituencies.
