Prepare, review, and submit funding packages to Finance Partners and Leasing Companies per their requirements
Raise cases for any funding packages that are missing or contain incorrect documents and work with partner teams within Tesla to actively resolve any items needed
Assist in managing our centralized communication with the Finance Partners and Leasing Companies to ensure we take the appropriate action to address their question or concern
Help raise and identify the root causes of the issues preventing the payment of invoices and ensure that this creates long term improvements
Assist in updating and maintaining key information and requirements for Finance Partners and Leasing Companies
Together with the local Enterprise Operations teams, enforce payment terms to Lease Companies to ensure they are honored
