You will:
Manage relationships with senior level technical personnel and decision makers
Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives
Provide insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products and services
Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives
Support account teams in strategic Account planning
Influence large tenders/RFPs
Find ways to up sell and provide “best” solutions/price bands
Essential Requirements
Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
Excellent understanding of product configurations
Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
Desirable Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5 to 8 years of related experience in a relationship selling role
Customer facing experience of at least 5 years discussing customer requirements and presenting solutions
Fluent French and good English
Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a range of contacts, from technicians to directors.
Presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills.
