Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience building consumer-centric applications within financial services or retail payments in growing markets using a data-driven approach to prioritization.
Experience delivering products to market and product growth at scale.
Ability to motivate the engineering team as well as forge cross-functional internal and external relationships to work together as a productive unit.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, process, and analyze disparate sources of data to guide decision-making and drive strategy.
