As a vital member of the program team, you’ll interact with all company disciplines, including R&D, Operations, Field Services, Finance, and Management. Whatyou'll be doing:
Manage software and hardware projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Define and manage project scope, budget, timeline, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Driving new solution and implementation plans / roll out plans of GenAI
Measure the GenAI impact on the organization and drive for a change and adoption in the org level
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
What you should have?
Proven experience in managing technology programs
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Relevant experience in the AI Technology (LLM, GPT) – Nice to have
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to drive project planning, execution, and closure to meet deadlines.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
