Job Summaryin Tabor NPI Engineer
What a typical day looks like:
- Manages, coordinates and supervises the preparation and implementation of new projects
- Participates in the review of customer quotations and engineering designs
- Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration
- Regular interaction with customers and executives on technical issues
- Active participation in the preparation of the process and product FMEA plans and Control Plan
- Initiates technical changes, introduce and tracks customer changes
- Participate in Lean and Six Sigma projects for cost reduction; finds and implements development ideas
- Revise alternatives and check the in-house component for continuous production
- Makes sure that the products are safe and maintain high quality for the customers
- Define training needs of new staff, actively participate in internal trainings
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BSc/MSc degree in Engineering
- Fluent English & Hungarian language knowledge
- Previous experience in related field (manufacturing environment)
- Being familiar with electrical manufacturing is an advantage
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or experience is a plus
- Strong ability to see the whole picture and to focus on important details
