Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
Experience in managing the professional services or consulting business activities, such as annual business and program planning, agreement management, business reviews and prioritization aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or other relevant Advanced degree.
Experience in data analysis and decision-making.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem-solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.
