Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently for client and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with complex clients on advertising products or martech/adtech (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, or demonstrating products).
- Media Agency knowledge and experience (digital and traditional/offline), including understanding of the market landscape.
- Relationship management skills, with experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership levels.
- Knowledge of DV360 platform from a Media and Tech angle.
- Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
- Project management skills in overseeing multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams, and ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting (internally and externally).
