Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently for client and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience partnering with complex clients on advertising products or martech/adtech (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, or demonstrating products).
Media Agency knowledge and experience (digital and traditional/offline), including understanding of the market landscape.
Relationship management skills, with experience in facilitation and influencing at executive leadership levels.
Knowledge of DV360 platform from a Media and Tech angle.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach, with ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities.
Project management skills in overseeing multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams, and ability to work collaboratively on projects in a cross-functional team setting (internally and externally).
